Being a chiropractor, I have been treating athletes since the 90’s in my practice. After hearing so much about this “26.2 mile thing” from my patients, I finally decided to do it.Now, many many many miles later, I find myself not only running, but eager to get others moving as well. Due to this passion to help others, I started to coach running, and now I find myself organizing this awesome group we call Katy Fit. Remember the recipe for a perfect run: The wind at your back, the sun in front of you, and friends by your side.
